About

Who or what is popsiedaisy?

Behind popsiedaisy is Brandi Hoffman, a crafting wonder based in the Twin Cities.

What materials do you use to create your popsiedaisy creations?

Lots of reclaimed/thrifted products, including the following reclaimed materials: wool, zippers, and wood! The wool I use includes old wool sweaters, trousers, skirts, jackets, really anything I can get my hands on. I also enjoy using my Print Gocco! The majority of printed fabric is purchased at local fabric stores, including herehere and here (this one isn’t so close).

How long have you been making stuff?

As long as I can remember. My mom is an extremely talented doll-maker and quilter, so I’ve always been surrounded by crafts and hobbies. I did my best to resist the crafting temptations throughout elementary, jr. high and high school, but once I was on my own and at college, it consumed all of my free time….Ask my poor roommate, whose living room was covered with boxes of craft supplies.

Do you make other things beside what is featured in your current collection?

I am working on a line of sort toys, pouches, bags, and all sorts of good things. Keep an eye out on this space and my Etsy store.

Speaking of Etsy, where can I buy your stuff?

As each piece is a one-off, they are currently for sale on my Etsy store, which is updated frequently. If you know of a store which would like to sell my wares, please email me.

Who created your beautiful graphics and webdesign?

That would be the amazing and extremely talented Helen of numsi.
